Water Softeners
Water Softeners are the most common treatment technology to be found in the boiler house. They are used to reduce scale forming on the heating surfaces. Scale reduces boiler efficiency and can lead to premature failure of the boiler. |

Chemical Dosing Pumps
Used in conjunction with softening plant to add chemicals automatically and precisely to ensure maximum operational efficiency and longevity of the boiler. |

Dosing Chemicals
Chemicals include Oxygen scavengers, dispersants and alkalinity builders. Full details are given on the data sheets. The selection of chemicals depends on the boiler operating regime and the steam application. These can be supplied singly or formulated into single drum products for ease of use. |

Reverse Osmosis Plant
This technology uses a membrane system to separate minerals from the feed water. The resultant reduction of dissolved solids in the boiler reduces blowdown rates saving on water, chemicals and energy.
